Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
In case you want to return an item, please first of all send us a message through the form on the contact page, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and get the return information.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as sold with no damage or alterations and in the original package. Failure to comply with these terms will result in a final sale and no refund.
If you see any damage on the package when you receive the shipment, please open it in the presence of the delivery personnel, make them take a note of this. If possible please take a photo of the package and contact us immediately.
If you return the item because of an error caused by us, such as damaged or wrong item, you will get full refund including shipping costs.
If you return an item because you did not like it, only the item cost will be refunded. Shipping costs and any export or import duties or taxes paid by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
Instead of returning the item for a refund you may also use that amount as a store credit to purchase any other product for up to 12 months.
Custom products which are made to order cannot be returned unless they are defective or different than the specifications.
Our prices are in United States Dollars and do not include tax or insurance. Errors may occur on the pricing in Kilimpillowshop.com site. In case of an error Kilimpillowshop.com reserves the right to cancel any order.
Customs Duties and Taxes
